Common questions

How do I join my team?

Ask your manager to open Team (or Manage team on the website), choose your name, and invite your email. Then create a CheckShift account with that same email.

I forgot my password

Email us from the address you sign in with and we’ll set a new password for you. For your security, this signs you out on every device.

How do I request a day off?

Open Time Off, tap the days you need, add an optional note, and send. Your request shows as Pending until a manager approves it. Tap a request to change its date or remove it.

How do managers publish a schedule?

Build the week in Schedule, then tap Publish. Everyone on the team sees it and gets a notification. If you change it and republish, only people whose shifts changed are notified.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app, or My profile on the website.
